These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at foundational.law and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Foundational Law, PLLC ("Foundational Law," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship
The Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Reading the Site, or contacting us through it, does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with Foundational Law is formed only through a signed engagement agreement. Do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site or by email until an engagement is in place; unsolicited information may not be treated as privileged or confidential.
Attorney Advertising
Portions of the Site may constitute attorney advertising under applicable rules of professional conduct. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Foundational Law's counsel is admitted to practice in Washington State, the District of Columbia, and Massachusetts; the Site is not a solicitation for services in jurisdictions where doing so would be prohibited.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and links do not imply endorsement. The technology described on the Site is provided by Foundational Works, LLC, a separate and independent company.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
